2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting of the Southern River Hockey Club Inc will be held on Wednesday 27th March 2024, 6.30pm, at the Les Sands Pavilion, Gay Street, Huntingdale.
In accordance with the current constitution, all financial members may attend the Annual General Meeting.
All nominations must be signed and received on the nomination form provided and emailed to secretary@southernriverhockey.asn.au by midnight Wednesday 13th March 2024.

Update: Draft Constitution was submitted for lodgment at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety Consumer Protection on the 12th January 2024. All lodgments are behind in processing. Southern River Hockey Club Committee hope to have it in time for the AGM, otherwise our current Constitution will stay in place.

Reminder that the 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on the 27th of March 2024 at 6:30pm in the Les Sands Pavilion.
Southern River Hockey Club wish to thank members for the response to nominations and advise that the nominations for the 2023 Committee closed on Wednesday 13th of March 2024.
The nominations have been collated and we are please to advise that we have multiple nominations for roles. In accordance with the Clubs Constitution all members present at the AGM will have the right to vote. Voting will be done via a ballot on the night.
If you are unable to attend the AGM you may register your vote by nominating a proxy indicating your intention/vote for the 2023 AGM. For more information about how to submit a proxy nomination please contact Secretary via email secretary@southernriverhockey.asn.au.
