Let's get Teams together for Term 3

Fuel to Go & Play Hookin2Hockey Carnival

8:30 am to 1:30pm

at Alderbury Reserve, Floreat.

With 50+ teams participating this is a fun morning for the players to show what they have learned during their training session.

The Fuel to Go & Play Goldstix Carnival will be based on small sided games that focus on fun and maximum participation for all. There are three nomination categories:

Years 1-2 (5-a-side): Players/ teams who are new to the game of hockey (5-a-side)

Years 3-4 Gold: Players/ teams who are new to the game of hockey (7-a-side)

Years 3-4 Black: Players/ teams with 1-2 years’ experience (7-a-side)

Games will run at for 15 minutes with 10 minutes between games (start / finish time subject to fixturing).

Match Format:

15-minute games, no half time, with a 5-minute crossover period.

Each team must have an umpire to officiate their games.

Club Socks

Mouthguard

We will set up gazebos where parents can gather!

Each team must have a guide / umpire for all games. Great way to get involved, please volunteer. 

This event will be hosted by YMCC Hockey Club and facilitated by Hockey WA.

Registration fee is $7 per player

add $3 for late registration after 17 July 2025
