Our Women’s program provides a supportive and competitive environment for players of all levels.
The Top Squad trains on Tuesdays from 6:15 - 8:00pm and Thursdays from 6:10 - 7:30pm, focusing on high-level skills, fitness, and team strategy.
All women’s teams train on Thursdays from 6:10 - 7:30pm, with sessions centred on skill development, teamwork, and preparation for weekly matches.
