Junior Training 

Thursdays:

Warmups/Self Fitness on grass 4:30 pm - 5 pm

Training on Grass/Turf (as indicated) 5 pm - 6 pm

Compulsary apparel

  1. Mouthguard
  2. Shin Pads
  3. Hockey Stick
  4. Running Shoes/Hockey Shoes
  5. Water bottle
  6. Sunscreen
  7. Hat

Term 2&3

  • J 5/6 & J 7/8 & J9/10C will train on the Grass. (Extra turf training for turf games may be scheduled during the season)
  • J 9/10 A,B & J 11/12 will train on the Turf
