Equipment Coordinator

The Committee need some help to organise our Equipment. We are looking for Equipment Coordinator for the Winter Season
Frequancy: Beginning of season/Ongoing
Tasks (est. envolvement 20 hours per season):
- Coordinate with Uniforms
- Sorting and Organising Managers Bags & Ball Bags (2 hours before the season starts ie Feb)
- Sorting and Organising Goal Keeping Equipment for teams without own Gear (Before the season starts ie Feb/Mar/Apr)
- Be available for distribution of equipment before season starts (2 training evenings)
- Be available for collecting of equipment after season ended (2 training evenings)
- Packing Equipment away (1 Hour, after the season)

Events Helpers
(to form a Sub-Committee)
(10 Needed)
The Committee need some help to organise our Events. We are looking for Events Helpers for the Winter Season
Frequancy: 6 Times a season
Tasks (est. envolvement 24 hours per season):
- Help organise and set up social events during the season (6 times a year @ 4 hours)

Team Managers
(1 per team Needed)
The Committee need some help to organise our Teams (Jnrs, Snrs, Masters). We are looking for Team Managers for the Winter Season
Frequancy: Weekly
Tasks (est. envolvement 4 hours per week):
- Be the link between the Vice President and the Team (admin per week 1 hour and 3 hours on gameday)

Line Markers

The Committee need some help to organise our Grass Fields. We are looking for Line Markers for the Winter Season
Frequancy: Weekly
Tasks (est. envolvement 2.5 hours per week):
- Mark the grass field with Line Marking Machine (2.5 hours on Fridays)

Instagram Posting
(1 per team Needed)
The Committee need some help to posting photos. We are looking for Instagram Poster for the Winter Season
Frequancy: Weekly
Tasks (est. envolvement 5 min per match):
- Attend Matches, Taking Photos and Post on Social Media (5 min per match)
