Men’s 1s Coaching Team
Head Coach: Mark Springett
A familiar and respected figure within the men’s program, Mark has been involved for a number of years and is a strong pillar of the men’s community. His passion, experience, and commitment to the club make him the ideal leader to drive the Men’s 1s forward.

Assistant Coach: Aidan Glen
Stepping up from the Men’s 2s coaching role, Aidan brings continuity, energy, and a strong development mindset. His progression reflects the strength of our internal pathways and commitment to growth.

Women’s 1s Coaching Team
Head Coach: Jason de Wind
Returning for another season, Jason has led the Women’s 1s over the past few years, playing a key role in strengthening and growing the women’s program. His leadership has built strong foundations, and the program continues to rise under his guidance.
