MYALUP 2026

SENIOR PRE- SEASON CAMP

18 YEARS AND ABOVE ONLY

Friday to Sunday 

 

The Myalup Cup will be contested for the 20th consecutive year and competition is hot....just like the weather.

Limited to 40 places and attendees must be a playing member or Life Member of the club (special requests will be reviewed).

Strictly no under 18 years allowed for the overnight stays.

FULL WEEKEND (18 years and over only) - COST:  $ 220

(Deposit $110 now+$110 strictly before 30 Nov)
Due to upgraded accommodation standard to First Class beachfront the charge has increased substantially from previous years by the resort ownership to protect their considerable investment.

This gets you 2 nights accommodation in luxurious, beach front, self-contained chalets and a unique commemorative shirt.

Check in is from 2pm on Friday afternoon and check out is 10am Sunday morning.

Strictly no own accomodation allowed 

On Saturday, 

it's an early start (7.30am) with the traditional 7km road run, followed by beach activities such as cricket, volleyball, touch rugby and tug of war.

Lunch and the afternoon is at your own for leisure activities.

Then from around 5pm we gather for the all important group photo, followed by presentations and dinner.

The Saturday night BBQ feast of surf and turf plus salads is available at an additional cost of $10 per head. Please select this option prior to checkout.

Be sure to register early as spots traditionally fill fast.

Registrations will close 30 November 2025 or earlier if  all spots are filled - once your place has been confirmed and paid for there are NO REFUNDS available.

PLEASE NOTE

  • There will a strictly enforced policy of no camping. If you are coming down and staying you are required to stay in the Club Endorsed chalet accommodation in the Indian Ocean retreat buildings.

  • If you wish to swag on the beach or in the camp grounds that is your choice however full accommodation charge will apply.

  • Please be very mindful that us as a club and the organisers have a responsibility to oversee the responsible drinking culture and transgressions where it affects your fellow Myalupers, the integrity of the Club and the clean reputation of over 40 years of Myalup camps will be not be compromised and in severe cases eviction will be enforced and will incur a lifetime ban.

  • Whilst not detracting from the purpose of the camp, we will not be curtailing your right to a few drinks and let your hair down. We all love that aspect of a fun weekend away with our clubmates and that drinking a few bevies is part of the bonding.
